I had an excellent experience at Crowley Kia. I purchased an extended warranty through Kia when I bought my car in 2016, and recently Arthur went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my vehicle in before the warranty expired. The repair was completed, and Art kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process, so I was never left in the dark. The level of communication and service was outstanding. After such a great experience, it would be hard to go anywhere else. Highly recommend Crowley Kia for their professionalism and customer care.

I purchased a used Volkswagen last week, with the help of Justin, who is just the best sales guy ever! After a few days of driving the vehicle, I was worried about a few things, which ultimately ended up being my user error. The service department gladly took the car in, and spent the next 2 1/2 hours road testing, scanning it, going over it with a fine-toothed comb, and documenting all of it to make sure my fears were allayed. Simply a fantastic dealership who is made up of fantastic folks. Highly, highly recommend!

What a pleasure to buy a car through this dealership. Friendly staff, Omar was exceptional. Kia Danbury was a nightmare to deal with and so unprofessional. After spending six hours there and getting two written offers, they gave us the runaround, were totally deceitful so we walked away. Crowley Kia were upfront, didn’t try to scam us, and made purchasing a $53,000 car totally bearable, especially since we had two small children with us. Kia Danbury lost out on a sale and I’m glad we gave Crowley our business.

With Justin's help I got a fair price on a new 2026 Sportage with lots of bells and whistle, and received a really good interest rate...! Making it a no brainer to go new, instead of used. Justin is an asset! Justin is kind, compassionate, and really listens to your needs.

I recently brought my 2021 Kia Telluride in for service at Crowley Kia. While I did have to wait about five weeks for an appointment, I was very pleased with the service once things got moving. After dropping off my vehicle, the team had it ready and returned to me the very next day—good as new. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the work was done right the first time. Despite the long lead time, I appreciate the quality of the service and will definitely return when needed.

I brought my car for an oil change to a different place when my mileage reached 21k miles. This new place told me that my tires had wires showing and uneven ware which was a complete shock. Prior to this, I brought my car to Crowley Kia Service for my oil change twice. Once at 7k and then again when it reached 14k miles.

Omar is friendly and sold us our car. Justin was helpful and passed time while we had to wait to be taken almost an hour late to finish up the financing. We would’ve preferred an appt an hour later considering we had 2 little kids with us - but these are the games of dealerships.
Typical back and forth negotiation like any dealership but the outcome is what we wanted. Everyone is friendly and has the same goal of making a sale so you get your car, just be mindful of what you’re being sold (like ANY dealership does).
