My salesman Omar was great! He wasn’t pushy and very personable and professional. Ryan was super helpful walking me through the set up of my Kia Connect and answered all my feature questions. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever experienced!

Crowley was great and so were all the guys that I delt with during the whole process of buying my vehicle! To be specific Will was my salesman great personality, good sense of humor, and overall awesome! Then there was Bobby the finance guy we laughed and cried all at the same time during the the signing of all the paperwork. And last but not least Evan helped with all the technical features, he answered any questions I had and showed me a few things. I definitely would recommend buying a car from Crowley and ask for Will and the crew I mentioned! Very pleased with my decision!

Hats off to Chris in sales and the whole team. I had gotten my cars serviced here in the past and have always had positive experiences, so when it was time to trade in my wife’s lease I figured we’d give them a shot. We stopped in to test drive a couple of cars a little over a month ago, we did not feel pressured and everyone was friendly and kind throughout. Even though we did not come to an agreement on the spot and ended up leaving empty handed that day. Fast forward a month and Chris reached out to us and informed us that management was willing to cut us a deal on my wife’s dream Sorento. No games, no BS, no bait and switch. I highly recommend Crowley Kia for a totally transparent and easy car buying experience. If you are looking to buy a car here, I am writing this review for anyone reading this to explain why. Earlier, I had met Luke from the sales team last year after I moved back into CT. Luke was extremely professional and personable, and made sure that all of my questions were answered for when I was ready to make a purchase. After applying for a financing quote online with Crowley Kia, I was able to get an appt on the same day. I met Luke again and he remembered me and after test driving the vehicle I chose, we got to the table and Luke showed what the expected costs were with all taxes and fees included, and nothing looked unexpected. After my deposit, I was then brought over to Bobby from the finance team and he shared some add-ons and I felt no pressure in making my choices for the ones that made sense to me. To my surprise, the costs were lower than expected, too! On pickup day, Luke and Evan had prepared the car with a white glove level of care and professionalism which I greatly appreciated. I was given time to ask about any other features or functions of the car before my sendoff. After 30 days on the road and about 1000 miles in with no issues, I am pleased to share that when my first month of payment came due, it was the same amount that Luke and Bobby provided to me on paper without any other dues by Kia Finance. Overall, going to Crowley Kia was a great experience, and I highly recommend anyone shopping for a new Kia to ask for Luke!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Crowley Kia and would highly recommend them! After dealing with several dealerships in Fairfield County, Crowley Kia was a completely different experience. They were easy and straightforward to negotiate with, and I never felt like I had to play games just to get a fair deal. I had an excellent experience with Cynthia for purchasing my new car. She was patient with me as we looked at several different vehichles before deciding on the one I purchased. I absolutely love my new car and I'm so happy with the service I received from everyone at Crowley Kia. My parents have been purchasing several vehicles and motor homes from Crowley, but this was my first experience and I highly recommend working with them. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable. Very communicative, and did a great job with the oil change and other services that were needed. I felt like I got the info I needed about my vehicle without being pressured into anything.

Just got a brand new Carnival. Fantastic vehicle if anyone is looking for that third row option. Worked with Adam on getting the best deal possible and he did a fantastic job working with me. We had an amazing experience at Crowley Kia! From start to finish, the entire process was easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Will and Evan were both incredible to work with, they were knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Most importantly, they worked with us to make sure we ended up in a car that fit comfortably within our budget without ever making us feel pressured.
